Hepatitis is a group of infectious diseases known as Hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E. It affects millions of people worldwide. On the occasion of World hepatitis day, I have decided to list down some facts about this disease that everyone must know.

HOME REMEDIES TO GET FULLER CHEEKS

Cheeks which look fuller have much more attraction and add beauty to your face, they give a youthful appearance, everyone love to have chubby cheeks with a cute dimple on it. Now on this session, I am going to say to about the interesting ways by which you can get fuller cheeks naturally and easily at home. I had listed the ingredients that help in getting cute chubby cheeks below:

ALOE VERA

Aloe vera is one of the best nature’s gifts with ample beneficial properties. it plays an essential role in beauty too. take some fresh aloe vera gel and gently massage on your cheeks in a circular motion. Try this at least twice a day to get good results.

BUTTER

Butter has a wider role in health and beauty. Butter when mixed with sugar and scrubbed all over your face nicely on a circular motion, gives a good result. This becomes an easy facial at home. The mixed butter mixture has to remain on cheeks for 15 to 20 minutes then you can wash it nicely, then on continuous usage, you can get amazing results with fuller cheeks. Try this method thrice in a week to get faster results.

APPLE

Apple is always considered as an effective fruit, it has all beneficial nutrients that aid in preventing several diseases. apart from this it also has some beauty benefits. Take one apple remove the skin from it. boil it nicely and mash it well. take the fruit pulp and apply on your face all over and allow it to dry for 20 minutes, then remove it using cold water. Try this method continuously for 2 months to get good results not only for fuller cheeks, you will also get the added benefit of glowing complexion on your face.

SESAME OIL

This is an easier way to get fuller cheeks. Take some sesame oil and you just have to gargle on your mouth for 5 to 10 minutes and you will see the results over the period of time.

HONEY

Honey is considered as a wonderful medicine; yes it does many wonders in human health and beauty. Take papaya, peel the outer skin, and then remove the seeds, use only the flesh portion and mash it well and apply this papaya pulp with honey and prepare a pack. Apply it on your face and allow it to dry and wash it off with cold water. See the glowing face.

Detox drinks are very simple to make. There are a number of vegetables, fruits, and herbs that help in detoxification.

Here are two detox drinks recipes that will help you to rejuvenate and provide overall health benefits.

Beetroot and carrot detox drink-

To prepare this detox drink you will need:

  • 3 Carrots (peeled and washed)
  • 1 Beet (peeled and washed)
  • ½ inch of ginger
  • ½ lemon 

Place all of the ingredients in a juicer and extract the juice. If you don’t have a juicer, just use a blender, fill it with one cup of water and blend it well then strain the juice using a strainer. Consume the juice within 15 minutes of preparation. Best time to drink this Juice is before and after a workout in the morning.

Beetroots are known to provide powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and detoxification properties. Beetroot is also known as the liver-protective food. It is a great liver cleanser and helps in flushing out all the toxins.

Ginger helps to cleanse the body by stimulating digestion, circulation, and sweating. Its digestive actions cleanse the build-up of waste and toxins in the colon, liver, and other organs. Ginger has also been used for bloating, nausea, motion sickness, loss of appetite etc.

Carrot is rich in vitamin A. it benefits the immune system by helping to defend the body from free radical damage, harmful bacteria, viruses, and inflammation. Having carrot in your diet will help you to shed some pounds.

Mint and lemon detox water-

All you need

  • 1 liter of purified water (room temperature)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or cut 1 lemon into small pieces
  • 5-6 whole mint leaves

Add all the above ingredients to a water bottle or in a pretty glass, stir them and leave it for overnight to diffuse the ingredients into water and enjoy the drink in the morning. You can add a pinch of salt for taste.

Mint is full of antioxidant. It is a perfect ingredient for detoxing. it soothes an upset stomach and cure indigestion and speeds up the digestion process. 

Lemon contains ascorbic acid, which helps to detoxify the body; it also aids digestion, keeps your skin glowing and provides vitamin C, which stimulates white blood cell production and boosts immune system function.

The benefits of lemon water include its ability to rejuvenate the skin, heal the body and boost energy. A lemon water detox may also help you to lose weight because lemon contains pectin, a type of fiber that helps you to feel full longer.
