All these tools are quite different from each other and serve vastly different purposes. Some tools help to create content, some may help to distribute content, yet others help to measure the effectiveness of your content marketing. All of them are the best in their specific functions.

ProofHub: It helps writers and managers to plan, organize and deliver projects without a hitch. On top of that, teams can visualize their workflow, who is doing what, when are the tasks completed, and what is the due date.

EverNote: This is a note taking app that helps you to keep notes, capture and prioritize ideas, projects and to-do lists, so nothing falls through the cracks.
SEMrush: It is an SEO tool that does your keyword research, tracks the keyword strategy used by your competition, runs an SEO audit of your blog, looks for back-linking opportunities and lots more.
Hootsuite: It is a “Social Media Management System” tool. It helps to keep track and manage your many social networks. It enables you to monitor what people are saying about your brand and help you to respond instantly.
Hemingway: It makes your writing bold and clear. The app highlights lengthy, complex sentences and common errors.
Canva: It is a graphic design platform that allows users to create social media graphics, presentations, posters and other visual content. Use Canva’s drag-and-drop feature and thousands of layouts to design, share and print business cards, logos, presentations, social media posts, stories, flyers, etc…

Oooo this is really interesting – I’ve heard of a few of these but only used one or two (Canva, Analytics). Will bookmark this to come back to and investigate further as I could definitely do with investing more time in this (and SEO…one day!) Great round-up of these, it’s a brilliant resource of tools.
