Maintaining our focus and productivity is not easy these days. especially when there are so many distractions around you 24/7. Though Mobile and apps are very ill-famed to reduce focus and productivity, but there are few apps that can actually help you to become more productive and efficient than usual only if you know how to use them right.
Yes, you heard it right.
I’m going to share my favorite, 5 apps for time management, wellbeing and productivity that will help you get more done in less time.
So, the first app is an Alarm app. Because it all starts with waking up early in the morning.
Alarmy:

If you are a heavy sleeper and it’s hard for you to wake up in the morning, this is the app for you. This is Highest-rated alarm clock app with 4.6 stars from over 1,000,000 reviews!
It has Crazy loud ringtone sounds for heavy sleepers and night owls and gentle alarm clock sounds for morning people who want to wake up to soothing sounds.
It has different missions and you have to complete those missions to turn the alarm off. This might sound crazy but it works for me. I use the math mission. In this mission you have to solve some math’s problems. You can choose the difficulty level and number of problems you want to solve. I believe when you solve these sums, it activates your brain cells and you can make a conscious decision of leaving your bed.
Apart from math mission it has Photo Mission, Barcode Mission and Shake Mission.
If you are a heavy sleeper. Give it a try
Keep:

It is a note taking app. It’s ideal for quick note-taking on the go, shopping lists, addresses, phone numbers, checklists and to-do lists, or conference call codes. Keep even supports Google Apps accounts, so you can use it with your own domain or a business account. and then access them again on any other web-connected device you use.
You can add keep as chrome extension to directly Save URLs and webpages.
Your hour:

This is must have for everyone. We are on our phones all the time. We don’t even realize how much time we waste on scrolling through social media feeds. This app keeps a track on your phone “Usage Time” & “Unlock Count”
It has a “Floating Timer” to show Realtime statistics. It appears on all apps so that users can see the timer.
You can set limit of total phone usage per day and you can also set limits for particular app like I want to use Instagram only for 30mmitus per day. Ans this app will monitor your usage and it will change color from Green to Orange to Red, highlighting that pre-set limit has reached. It will also tell you which is the most used app on your phone.
Download this app once and you will realize how much time you wasting on your mobile phones. This is must have for digital wellbeing.
Insight:

The number 1 free meditation app. It has Guided meditations and talks directed by the world’s top meditation and mindfulness experts, neuroscientists, psychologists and teachers from Stanford, Harvard, the University of Oxford and more. Music tracks from world-renowned artists. Use this app to learn to meditation, calm the mind, reduce anxiety, manage stress, sleep deeply and improve happiness.
Great for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Audible Audiobooks:

Audible Audiobooks by Amazon is one of the most amazing Android audiobook apps. It includes a large variety of audiobooks in genres like mystery, sci-fi, fantasy, thriller, and self-motivation.
If you are book lovers you will love this app.
Spotify:

Spotify is very popular for music playlists but it also has amazing podcasts for free. Podcasts are modern day radio. You can listen to podcast and improve your knowledge while doing your daily household tasks. My personal favorite’s are “Purpose” by jay Shetty and “The Ranveer show” by Ranveer allahabadia aka beer biceps.
