How many times you refrain from doing something that you really want to do but you end up thinking about what other people think or say about you.
Most of us do that and it’s completely normal. We are social beings and we want to be liked and accepted by people around us.
But when we care too much about other people it becomes unhealthy and it can stop us from living our best life, realizing our potentials, and discovering new possibilities of growth.
