Vitamin D which is also known as the sunshine vitamin is a must for the overall function of the body. Before being a health blogger what I know about the vitamin D is that it is only essential for the better bone health. After being so much into health care now I can say that vitamin D is not only meant for the bone and teeth but it also plays an important role in the absorption of magnesium and phosphorous and boosts the immune system, prevent multiple sclerosis, heart diseases, and bacterial or viral infections and much more.
